Forget it. What are the alternatives? There was that gametime+, anyone maintain that? Anything else?

If they are not willing to communicate except for mods saying someone will work on it eventually then it's time to move on.

Thanks Pat for working on your end of it and trying to fix PT2.

I hate to say this, but the lack of getting the hud up has converted me to holdem manager for omaha. Sorry Pat, I might be back when PTO 3 comes out.

Later,

Les

I just wanted to chime in as another customer you guys are losing. I would upgrade to PT3 if I could, but I play omaha exclusively. You guys need to get all the functionality of your legacy software included in newer versions before you start ignoring it.

I'm another exclusively Omaha-8 player and while I'm very frustrated at the lack of a PAH fix up to now, I think more of people's anger should be focussed on the actual cause of this situation... FTP! Does anyone actually believe that it's a coincidnece that they released this "update" in early July... when so many of us are trying to clear our IronMan bonuses? Believe me, they had to know what a comotion this was going to cause among users of PT & PAH, and what better way to reduce our chances of clearing our full bonuses than to take away the use of our most valuable tools. Even if both apps get 100% fixed tomorrow, most players will still have lost many valuable playing hours simply trying to get everything back to normal. Add this to the fact that FTP essentially forced officialpokerrankings.com to stop tracking their STT's and it just goes to show you what kind of value they put on some of their best customers.

Anyway, I am eagerly awaiting the PAH patch along with everyone else... hopefully we'll see it soon!

Sorry, GabryRox, but when the competition's software works fine and we haven't even heard a peep out of Josh, I think the blame falls directly on the PAHud team.

Well, my question to that would be, is the competitor's software working because they got a patch out already? Or was it unaffected by this FTP update? Either way I agree that a full week is too long... just hoping we see it soon.

Looking at their forum, it looks like they got a patch out pretty quickly. I guess I'm making the switch to HEM for Omaha as well.

Yes I 100% think it is a coincidence they did this update in early July.

The iron man bonus amounts are fairly insignificant to their bottom line, considering how small they are and how much are covered by the rake you play clearing them.

The update was mainly about adding the new games. Sadly they messed with other stuff too.

And for the record I am one customer you wont be losing, people are freaking out over a week for an update. relax guys, at least a lot of the the other regs are in the same boat. If it takes a month thats a different story.
