OK, when I posted several days ago, I guess I was assuming we were on the verge of seeing a patch come out. But now, it's basically the end of another week and we still have no way of knowing if we're any closer to a solution here. I'd even be ok if we could get a rough estimate of what kind of timeline we're looking at. As things are now, I continue to leave money on the table due to not being able to see the opponents stats. I paid a good piece of money for this software, and while I never expected a patch overnight, we're now going over into the completely unreasonable realm (almost 2 full weeks). Granted, I still lay a lot of the blame here on FTP, as their idiotic updates were far from well-thought-out. However, I think it's reasonably for us to expect a little more from PAH's development team on this fix, especially in regard to timeline.

I've heard that other users have started using the HUD in HEM. As an Omaha-only player, I am now considering that move as well, but have a question. Can you use that HUD as a stand alone... in conjunction with PTO? Or do you have to convert everything over to HEM? Meaning, I would need to import my ~1mil hands into HEM and go completely over to them and stop using PTO? Believe me, the last thing I want to do is waste time on that endeavor, but I need to get some kind of functional HUD up and working. Forking out another $80 for HEM is certainly not ideal either, especially since that would mean all the money I spent on PTO and PAH would essentially be thrown away.

Mod, i know this is beyond your control, so please dont take this personally, but we really need to get some kind of idea of what's going on here, and soon!

I'm afraid that several of the Omaha-only players (like me and maaaany others) have already downloaded the free trial of Hold'em Manager for Omaha, and the longer you take to fix this issue, more people are doing it.

You already paid. What's the hurry?

Hold'em Manager is taking over. They don't care about their paying customers anymore. That's pretty evident by the amount of time they've spent keeping their paying customers informed.

No money coming in anymore. No reason to waste the resources to keep what customers they have happy.

Well, my patience has run out. I've been sitting back waiting patiently like a lot of folks, but I'm done. I'm getting HEM.

FWIW - You guys need some serious help with your customer relations. You cannot just leave us listening to crickets, you must set some expectations, even if they're difficult ones. Telling me "It's an extremely difficult fix that will probably require a large amount of recoding that will take about 2 weeks" is way better than having me sit there day after day after day with no update at all. Will it be ready in 4 hours or 4 weeks? I have no idea, so my only option is to keep checking back.
And the sporadic update of "we'll get it fixed asap" is only adding to the frustration. wtf does asap mean to you? when you say asap, and then several flippin days later it's still crickets, it gets people so flippin upset that they will just leave you.
At this point, I honestly don't think you're even working on it. I think you just keep dragging it out, hoping more and more folks will just upgrade. Well, I will upgrade, but not to a software that is not supported, which is exactly what PT3 will be. Anyone who thinks that PT3 will be different is kidding themselves. Cause when PT4 comes around and PT3 has a problem, you should expect the same level of service you're getting now, and the same level of communication and frustration.

I happen to own my own business. Unlike the folks at pokertracker, if there is a problem with one of my clients, I make sure it get's taken care of.

Pretty simple concept actually.

This has nothing to do with the post I was responding to, which was downright retarded. In any case, it's only been what, like, one week since the patch came out? I'm impatient too, but it's really not all that unreasonable for them not to have fixed the software yet.

Hey folks don't forget the gametime feature within pokertracker2, sure its manual entry for the table players, and its not a pretty hud, but at least all your stats will be available. Not great for multi table but for one or two its fine.
