How can I tell which POstgre file is which database?

I just got PT3, so I'm converting the old PT2 databases to Postgre and then converting those to PT3.

How do I figure out which Postgre files are the PT2 databases I converted so I can toss them?

There aren't any files you can delete - postgres doesn't have one file per database. You will need to delete the postgres databases either through PT2's Utility menu postgres options, or by running Start > Programs > Postgres > PGAdmin.
I'd suggest leaving the PT2 databases in place for a while until you are sure you have everything set up as you like it in PT3.
