im stuck at the same situation where I have downloaded the patch at the beginning of the thread, moved the old files and even made new folders for everything....it worked for about 5-10 min and then shut down with the popup error of sybase or whatever it was. Is there any updates on this? Thanks

The update for now is to use the workaround we've made available. There's a link to it at the bottom of the first post in this thread.

args, did you even try the patch from the beginning of this thread?

What version does PTO say it's running at the top of the window? Are you using the Full Tilt auto-import window or the generic auto-import window?

Yes i installed that patch, well i guess. Downloaded it and installed to folder where old PTO was installed. PTO says 1.13.01.

and to import i go to --> auo import hand histores than choose full tilt outa that list.

args, the version you are running is way out of date. If you installed the patch then the PTO program you are running is not running from the default location where the patch is installed. Right click your PTO program icon on your desktop and select Properties from the popup menu. When the window opens, what does it say in the Target field? Is that the same place where you installed the patch? If not install the patch again and when the install asks where to install it make sure you select the folder indicated in the Target field.

Hi ptrack mike,

I am running PTO ver 1.13.04e and it's fine for Pokerstars where I mostly play, but of course isn't importing hands on FullTilt where I also play a bit. But, I read this entire thread and see some people are having crashes and freeze ups with 1.13.04k so I'm reluctant to install that version and don't want to install a 3rd party workaround. I'd rather have a program that doesn't import at all than one that freezes or crashes while I'm playing.

Do you anticipate another update soon which will solve all the identified issue with FTP PLO hands?

Thanks for your attention to this matter. It seem the FTP updates are unfortunately causing a lot of problems for everyone.

We are still working on it. The "k" patch will not affect PokerStars and for now it's your only chance to still be able import FTP hands. You may not need the workaround program - some people are fine without it - so go ahead and give it a try.

Look at the bottom of the first post in this thread for a workaround if you experience crashes.
