Since downloading the build 5 PT3. whenever I begin importing my comp usage jumps from 3% to 99-100% & stays there. I try exiting tracker (which takes about 15 min) & my comp is still slow. i look in my processes tab & postgres & taking tons of usage. I exit that & everthying is back to normal.

Any solutions?
