Everyone, please try the "m" patch now - there is a link in the first post in this thread. We think this is a permanent fix to the issue. Thank you for your patience.

hey mike i installed the patch and restarted my comp, when I opened ptracker it popped up instantly with the message I got from the beginning that "x" amount of hands were not imported and that files were not being moved or processed and it may be the first time it was trying to import (that message). Anyways despite that I hit start timer and it pretty much just froze up on me. Any ideas?

How many hand files were there that needed to be imported? Open the Full Tilt auto import window, click Force Import. Let it go until it finishes. Then close the window and the hand history files should move to your processed folder as long as you set it up to move the files. Then you won't get that message anymore and future import will go faster.

Maybe my epxerience will help a bit here... last week I finally got around to patching my PTO (k version), and also installed the little workaround program to re-write the HH files in a recognizable format so they could be imported into PTO. Anyway... I ran the conversion program and pointed PTO to the designated output folder, then kicked off the Force Import from the FTP import window in PTO. After this, I thought that the program had frozen because it didn't appear to be doing anything. However, it finally freed up and actually did import all of my hands from the previous 2 weeks. I actually had a little over 10,000 hands to import and it probably took at least 15-20 minutes to import.

So, if you've got any kind of HH volume, let the thing run for quite a while before pulling the plug. It can take quite a while to process that much data.

Btw... thanks for getting the M patch out. I will try it later today. Now, if the PAH people could just get that fixed, we'd be back to business as usual!

Ok Mike so I did what you said and actually just like the previous post I hit force import and thought it froze but just let it be for a bit and finally it came up with the yellow sign with an exclamation point and had this message ...... Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 135 file(s) read - 5,238 new hand(s) were imported. Should I try to make new folders again and clear out anything that may exist or maybe reinstall pto and get a new key?

OK good. Just make sure you always use the option to move the processed files out of the FTP hand history folder. That will keep things running quicker.

Thanks, GabryRox.

All you need to do is download and install the patch from the very first post of this thread.
