Please help converting pt2 to pt3

I am trying to follow the instructions given, when I go to pt2 and go to convert it opens up a window asking for the user name( I am using postgres) password ( I am using dbpass) it then asks for ODBC ENTRY TO USE. I have searched this forum up and down. Is there an easier way to convert my old hh? I was perfectly happy with PT2 and PAH until the fulltilt upgrade and now I can't use the software at all so I decided to try pt3 but I don't want to lose all of my hands.

Please go into PTv2 and click Utilities --> Export Hand History to File ... and export all of your hand histories into a new blank directory. Then proceed into PT3 and go to the Import tab, the Manual Import sub-tab and use the Import From Directory button to import all of those hand histories you just exported.

Please note that there is currently no way to export manually entered tournament results from PTv2 to import them into PT3. You will need to get the data back from your poker site and import it as explained in the Tournaments FAQ.
