Agree, this is very disappointing. I consider myself more patient than most but this is beyond ridiculous.

+1

Every day that goes by without a fix, PT is losing customers to Hold'em Manager.

OK... great! Now the way you're dealing with this issue is to simply ignore your customers? This is, without a doubt, the worst situation I have ever seen regarding a product that I paid for. Do your people not understand that the vast majority of your customers rely on this software to help make intellegent decision with ACTUAL REAL MONEY ON THE LINE?!?!? It's bad enough that there hasn't been a fix in ONE FULL CALENDAR MONTH, but this lack of any communication at all is utterly ridiculous and completely unacceptable!

Again I will ask the Moderator of this forum to provide me/us with a contact e-mail for someone that actually has the authority and wherewithal to do something about this mess.

In the last 2-3 days alone, I have encountered so many apparent maniacs in my play on FTP. With PAH working correctly, I can do pretty well at ascertaining which of them are joke donkeys and which are actually legit players. But without it, I'm pretty much flying blind and in most cases cannot justicy making big calls. I garuntee I have lost at least $200-$300 in the last week alone, in the form of leaving should-be winnings on the table because of having to "play blind".

I don't think I'm pushing the envelope of possibilities when I say that at this point, things are so bad that you should probably start worrying about a potential class-action lawsuit regarding this matter. You charged people for a product, and now you apparently are not supporting that product and have provided no alternatives in the mean time. And this is leading to actual loss of money for your customers. I'm not a lawyer but to me, this already sounds like legitimate enough gorund for such a case.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... do the right thing! Give us a contact e-mail and get this thing fixed!!!

This is completely unacceptable. I am not able to play as profitably without the stats on the table. And 12 tabling without auto-center is impossible. WE PAID YOU FOR THIS PRODUCT. FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did any of you people whining about the availability of a patch happen to see the post that said that the developers are aware of the problem and that they are working on a patch? Would you rather have them working on the patch or posting on the forum? Give it a rest, the patch will be ready when it is ready and all the whining in the world will not change that. It's a $25 piece of software for crying out loud. If it's costing you that much because you don't know how to play poker without a HUD, them maybe you should switch to a piece of software that is being "actively" developed. I, for one, am grateful that they are working on patch and will go back to using it when it is ready.

To the developers,
Thank you for working on a patch for this issue. I patiently await its release.

Amen. Some of the people flaming on here need to drink more. Or less. I'm not sure.

Thanks guys. I wish I could tell you I knew exactly when we'd have the patch ready but it is being worked on and we do hope it will be ready soon.

LOL!!! You've gotta be kidding me Louis. In your mind, what would be a reasonable time frame to get this truly fixed? 3 months? 6 months? 1 year??? It was 3 weeks before they got the original "fix" out, which really didn't help anyone (except for maybe the 1% of the users who are only playing 1-2 tables at a time). Now it's been another 2 weeks since that and again, all we hear is that "it's being worked on". Well, there are 2 possible scenarios here in reality:
1- It is in a bin on things that are scheduled to be worked on but other items have been given higher priority, meaning it has not been looked at yet and we're stuck with a non-working product until our place in line finally comes up, or...
2- It is truly being "actively" worked on. If this is the case (which is doubtful), you must have one of the most inept teams of programmers/developers in the world. My god people, this is not a freaking operating system! It's a small program that reads data from one source (Poker Tracker) and displays it on the screen! Should not exactly be brain surgery, right?

I can only logically deduce that you're simply not giving this fix the priorty it deserves. I'm not sure why... nor do I care... but from a paying customer's perspective, this is about as bad as it can get as far as support goes.

Oh, and Louis... btw, in case you hadn't realized it, the developers don't post here, it's the moderators, who obviously have absolutely nothing to do with the developers. So it's not like this thread is causing their endless delays lol. And fwiw, I know how to play poker just fine without a HUD... and can manage it easily either live or online on 2-3 tables. But the point you are missing here is that for online multi-tablers, this software is unuseable for any more than 3 tables since you are forced to turn off the auto-centering feature in the FTP lobby. So I ask you, if I'm pulling in say $250/week while typically playing 9 tables at a time with PTO/HUD and then the HUD is broken, I'm left with 2 choices: go down to 2-3 tables at a time and use HUD or continue with 8-9 without it. Trouble is, in both of these options, I am losing money and so are a lot of other people. I've chose to go with the latter only because I feel I will lose less money with this option, but to be frank, I SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO MAKE THIS CHOICE AFTER 5 FREAKING WEEKS!!! As a result, I'm averaging more like $150/week thanks to this debacle. Now, maybe you don't care about losing money for no good reason, but I for one will not accept it. It's bad enough absorbing the bad beats from complete donkeys that come in waves online but for me to not win as much as I should be in a "good" period because a software vendor refuses to stand behind its product is utterly and completely unacceptable. Oh, and while it may be technically true that this is a $25 piece software, the cost of moving to the competitor is much more than that from what I can see. Plus, that move will essentially render my purchase of PTO useless so it is really like giving away ~$100 (on top of what I've already lost because of 5 weeks without a functioning HUD).

Trust me, if I would have known that they would not make fixing this a priority I would have bitten the bullet and forked out $80 for their competitors software a month ago. Silly me though for expecting a company to actually support a product for its paying customers! The sick thing is, if I would have changed over back then, I would have easily paid for it many times over as I've probably left a minimum of $500 on the table that I otherwise would have won with a functioning HUD.

To the Mods... for the 3rd time, can you please post the e-mail address of someone that has some level of authority? I would really like to engage with them on this. I'm giving this until the weekend and if I don't see anything by then, I will be going over to your competitor. The severely poor way that this has been handled makes me wonder if you guys even care about the future revenue that you're losing here.
