Postgres HEEELLLPPP!!!

hi, i will admit im a complete postges software in general newb.

Just got PTS, tryin to get a stud HUD workin

Problem is that i have PT3 already, so i have the problem where i get a "OBDC entry to use" field which is just blank.

i have read the threads on how to fix this but i have a new problem now.

when trying to install postgres 8.2 im up to the page where as i understood you were putting in the password you want to use from now, but when i put a password in its telling me i am putting in an incorrect password!! when i havent even made one yet!! grrrrrr

im lost. any help most appreciated..

Since you are already have PT3 then it probably wants the PostgreSQL 8.3 information. The defaults are:

User name: postgres
Password: dbpass
