upgrading PT3 from b4

Could u pls be more accurate on that:
"For those of you upgrading from build 4, your databases will need updated. Depending on the size of your databases, this process may take a while.
Please upgrade when you have time to allow this update to occur uninterrupted."

Thanks, I have actually no clue.

Everything should be done for you but it can take quite a while if your databases are large so reboot then run the installer and start PT3 to run overnight or something so it has time to do the update when you don't need to use your computer.
