Auto importing on Full tilt

Anyone having trouble auto-importing hands on Full Tilt? Everytime i try to do this i get a message that says the hands were read but "0 hands imported". I tried maually importing and it comes back with an error stating that it doesn't recognize the hand history folder...any help is appreciated..
