Getting Excel to extract data directly from PostgreSQL

Hi,

For a while now I've been intermittently working on an excel sheet to track all of my poker results - tournament and cash, all games. I've got everything up and running, but I'm getting tired of manually exporting my cash results and tournament end times from PT3 and PTO. I was hoping that someone out there could help me out with a little guidance on how to allow Excel access to my sql databases.
