Go Start->Programs->PostgreSQL->Configuration Files->Edit pg_hba.conf

At the bottom of the file there are two lines that end in 'md5'. Change the 'md5' to 'trust'. File->Save

Then go Start->Programs->PostgreSQL->Reload Configurations

Now, you are not required to enter a password and you should no longer receive the "Invalid Username specified: Logon Failure: unknown username or bad password." error.

I've had most of the errors mentioned in this post whilst trying to install Postgre SQL, I installed Windows Vista Service Pack 1 last night and then tried to reinstall Postgre SQL this morning and it worked first time! Yes there are some. If I had to quantify it in PokerTracker 3, I would guesstimate around 10-15%?
