HUD not popping up! and PT3 shuts off after 5min

ok, i bought PT3 yesterday....and have had problems with the software shutting down because of some "error" occuring. sometimes it works fine, but then again it's when i'm playing stud or omaha so thats of no use.

when i open a table of NLH no HUD appears, after 5 min PT3 says an error has occured and needs to shut down...sometimes the HUD appears after 10 hands or so but looks like it's missing certain things, again i dont know because i havent played a hand with the HUD. PT3 shuts down within seconds after the HUD appears, do to some "error".

i'm not sure what to do

ok, i read in the POKER ACES HUD forum that the HUD is not supported by PT3 (kinda silly to write a program and not have it be compatable)

is this thee "error" i've been talking about and i just need to not run the HUD while on PT3?

PAHud is a separate application which only works with PT2 (both of which PT3 supercedes).

PT3 has a built in HUD which should appear on the tables when you have hands auto importing.
Do you have the hands auto importing?

yeah, i figured out the PAH doesnt work with PT3, because PT3 has it's own HUD but thats the problem. auto import works fine, it's when i start the HUD it says "poker tracker has encountered a problem and needs to close". it shuts off immediately after turning on the PT3 HUD.

also, PT2 doesnt auto import and PAH only comes up as a blank window, neither of the HUD's pop-up on my tables.
i'm trying to be patient, i'll keep reading on here for help, maybe i did something wrong?
I'M RUNNING WINDOWS XP.

If you have problems with PT2 please post in the appropriate section of the forum depending on whether you're using the holdem, omaha or stud version.

Try rebooting then re-running the Build 5.2 upgrade installer.

What site are you playing at?
What kind of tables are you playing?

Are you starting the HUD manually after starting auto import, or do you have "Start Automatically" enabled?

If you continue to have a crash please enable logging and reproduce the problem then submit a Bug Report so that we can investigate further.
