HUD popup not displaying

Hi, I'm having trouble with the HUD popup display. Supposedly I should be able to see it when I left-click on the user stats, but nothing is coming up at all, even when I hold down the button a bit (as one help article suggested).

I'm using Pokerstars and Windows XP. Thank you.

Did you make any changes to the HUD configuration?
It's possible that you unlinked the popup group from the ontable group.

If you haven't made any changes to your HUD settings then you can revert to the default layout - see the Tutorial: Managing HUD Profiles for more information.
