Tuning Wizard Now a "Registration Required" App?

I have just upgraded to the latest postgres, 8.4.1, and noticed that there is a new Tuning Wizard. However, in Stack Builder it is listed under Registration Required App. I can't see anywhere to "register" etc. Is this just for selected postgres testers / insiders, or am I missing something really obvious about registering postgres?

If I try and go ahead and install it, I get an error message telling me to provide the email and password for the Enterprise DB.

Sorry I didn't get back to you - our postgres expert wasn't aware of that issue, but said "that further confirms my fears of EnterpriseDB taking over PostgreSQL".
