Microgaming import problems

I upgraded but nothing is working here.

Keeps being like that forever. No hands are imported and the HUD never shows up.

The HUD came up there. But it took 6 mins.

i was about posting the same issue, but after five or six hands the HUD appeared.

New tournament hands aren't imported too. So my conclusion is that only cash games hands are imported now.

I'll make sure our developers are aware of this issue and investigate what needs to be done to get tournament support fixed.

Using the hand you submitted I fixed the problem with importing tournament hands. PT3 will inform you when the update is ready.

FWIW the delayed HUD is probably due to PT3 having to read all the hands you played since last time it was able to import them correctly.
Once you have imported everything and cleard the HH database file again it should work quickly again.
