Tournament Reports: Rebuys Unaccounted?

These should be working for some sites and we will be working on getting this data imported for all other sites in which it is possible.

Not sure if this has been said before, but:

Total Buy-In is counting only one rebuy and one add-on (no matter how many rebuys/add-ons have been taken).
Also when results have been entered manually by hand through "Enter Results".

This applies to at least Ongame.

That shouldn't be happening. Could you you please create a support ticket regarding this issue so that we can make sure it's entered in our bug tracker and gets fixed?

There is a problem with the way the stat that displays total buy in is calculated.
This has been reported to the development team, but I can't say when it will be fixed.
In the meantime you can build a custom stat to include the number of rebuys correctly by selecting the stat and clicking Duplicate, then editing the formulas.

For those that don't know, PokerStars has an option under Requests/Playing History Audit... that lets you request an audit of however many days you tell it. It'll tell you the amount of rebuys for each tournament you've played in. However, with that said, it would be of enormous benefit if PokerTracker could keep track of this automatically! =]

Just DLed V3 beta 29.1

PLayed some stars tournaments with rebuys and add ons - they were not tracked.

FYI on Stars, all rebuys and add ons appear in the chat window, like this:


AlienBoyXXX re-buys and receives 1500 chips for $10.00


It seems this could be parsed and incorporated into the tournament results, yea?

Please attach the hand history file to a support ticket so that we can pass it on to the development team to be fixed - I believe some work is going to be done on this so the examples will help.

I know this has been worked on and I believe improved detection is planned for the next Beta release.
