Question for CEREUS users

Postby TheGameKat » Sun Oct 25, 2009 8:39 am

Thought I'd get some feedback from users before hassling support... Anyone else having problems since the last UB upgrade? Specifically stats only appearing sometimes. Also, this is a PTO issue but while I'm here... import problems for tourns?

Are you using the latest PAH version 1.19.10.3 with Options -> Preferences -> Cereus configured to look in the Instant Replay folder (NOT the hand history folder).

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and attach the PAHud.log file to this ticket so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Yeah it was working fine with those settings. It's glitching on Stars too so I suspect the problem is on my end. I'll send you a log file if I can't figure it out. Thx.

I just downloaded the latest software update from Cereus and PAH isn't displaying stats for me on the tables. I'm using v1.19.10.3 beta and the directory is C:\Program Files\UltimateBet\InstantReplay. Poker Tracker is picking up the data so it is working fine, but PAH isn't displaying the data.
Thanks.

I've tried to recreate the issue and could not. It's working now. If it happens again, I'll create the log file and send it in.
Thanks.
