I believe Kaspersky has to actually be completely uninstalled in order to stop blocking things. Try uninstalling it completely and see if that helps.

I would like to add my name to the list of people who are having this exact same problem. Has anyone found a solution yet?

Not that I'm aware of, but if you create a support ticket with the relevant information we will do everything we can to get things sorted out for you.

I have did Rebuild Cache instead of Update Cache just now. And what can I say?

The problem into Hand Replayer is still ON, this is too slow and showing the HUD without POP-UP statistics. But on the tables when im playing HUD became much faster. And funny but - he is just adding new statistics without plusing to old. F.e. Im playing vs another reg on whom I have about 40k hands and HUD is showing me about 100 hands of present session (any filters or settings on HUD are off, choose of my main psql base).

Bugs NEVER STOP! Going crazy.

PS: I still haven't postgres.exe with launching postgres-sql service.

Please follow up in your ticket where we have all the information. FWIW the cache is not used by the Replayer because stats are shown from the time the hand was played (rather than showing lifetime stats).
