Pokerstars/Pokerstud not running

now i am about 5or 6 days and he was a little progress
Little by little the Bird make his nest
i am postgresql in functionne that is good is connected very good i see this in pgAmin III
but when i open utilities/Auto request hand histories /start auto hand etc /<< i am this message >>
The Pokerstars client must be running etc etc
but i am logged in my account on pokerstars and i play etc but Pokerstud don't see PS what is the solution please

For PokerStars you should be using the File > Auto-Import Hand Histories > PokerStars window to auto-import hands. See the Help ink on that window for details on setting that up.
