Cake support was added in Beta 29.1 so you will need to update.

This normally indicates that Windows Regional Settings are not in English so that the money amounts are being written "incorrectly" to the hand history file.
PT3 needs the decimal point to be a dot not a comma, so try setting your regional settings to English.

If that doesn't help please report your problem so that we can investigate further.

I changed my region to english (USA) but the problem continued. Same error messages when trying to import the hands.

It won't affect the existing hands because those files have already been written - have you tried playing some new hands?
To import the existing files you'll need to edit the files, or wait until our development team is able to add a workaround for this.

If you still see the same thing with new hands then please attach a hand history file to a Support ticket and we'll check it out.

Ok, its working for the new hands but everytime I start the import hands it seems to try to import the hands that had error message again. How can I prevent that or it just trying to import old hands that had never been imported before

Was there ever a solution for this problem? My regional settings are already on English (USA) and I'm getting this problem for almost all of the tournament hands I import from Cake. The cash hands seem to be importing fine. I've seen a few threads discuss this error but never a solution other than the Regional settings change. Please let me know.

Thanks

A fix for this sort of problem was included in Beta 30 (30.1 now available) but I'm not sure whether or not it applies to Cake.
