Table Tracker

Postby jshnaidz » Wed Dec 09, 2009 8:28 am

I'm having trouble using table tracker, I keep getting:

Unable to open table (insert name)

Keep in mind some sites are required to be launched through Pokertracker in order for it to work properly. - which I have done

It also suggests to fix lobby filters which I did.

Still getting this problem every time

What site are you playing at?
What type of table?
What version of PT3 are you using?

I can open those type of tables in 29.1.

Did you use the "Launch Site" button in TT to open Stars? If you open it yourself, or if it is already open then table opening won't work.
Also make sure that the tables you want to open are not filtered out of the Stars lobby, and that PokerStars is installed in English.

I'm not sure what I did but it works on 70% of the tables now. I think it doesn't work without auto import on.

But 30% of the tables still don't work sometimes and when I'm searching for 0.05NL I get 0.02/0.04 NL in my seach and they all don't open too.

Auto Import shouldn't make any difference (and it doesn't for me). When you have auto import running, that's not because you already have tables open, is it? If Stars is running already then table opening will not work (sorry to repeat myself, but I want to be sure).

I also don't see any 4c NL tables in my search - are you sure you don't have another limit or site selected in the search?

If you're sure everthing is set up right please enable logging, restart PT3 and report your problem with logs and screenshots to illustrate and we'll investigate further.

Can you guys add a "Launch Site" button in a more general location? As of now I can only launch Pokerstars from within PT3 after I've run a search in Table Tracker and am looking at a particular table. This is kind of annoying.

I'll add that to the suggestion list.

Are you thinking from within the TT tab, or in PT3 in general, such as when you start auto import or something?

Thanks for adding it to the suggestion ist. I guess from the main auto import screen would be the most convenient, but a similar button in TT would also be nice.

It's that I usually start my session by playing some tournaments and SNGs and then mix in some cash tables later as I start to bust out. So as of right now I either have to run a TT query, launch Stars, go play some SNGs, then come back to find some cash tables OR play some SNGs and then close Pokerstars in the middle of a session solely to launch it from within TT.
