Stats don't update on Stars

Postby rex2732 » Mon Dec 14, 2009 9:19 pm

Here is the specific problem I am having. I will be playing a tourney on Stars then get a table switch and it's like PAHUD does not recognize that and will continue to display stats from my prior table on the current table. I usually don't realize it until I see stats appear next to my name all of a sudden. I normally correct the problem by just manually unselecting the previous table from my HUD but that can get to be a problem when I'm multitabling. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm having similar trouble. I've noted a lot of threads like that here. The stats aren't appearing, are only appearing on some tables, or only update for a short time.

I've got tens of thousands of hands played (this is on Stars, WinXP, PAH 1.19.10.3) and I've noticed this issue on and off for a few months now. I multi table cash games (if that means anything) and am using the memory scanner. My database is postgreSQL.

Usually I just keep closing and reopening the HUD until most of the tables seem to work...

And I'll check back here frequently instead of leaving the thread hanging (seen a lot of that too)

Please update to the latest PAH version 1.19.10.4 and see if that helps - download it here.

OK, will do. I was hesitant to do that becuase the comments say "Without PostgreSQL"...

Ignore my last - that was a postgreSQL issue I fixed. I'll play some over the next few days and let you know what I find

That just means that the upgrade installer doesn't include PostgreSQL, but if you have posgres databases then you already have postgres so you don't need to install it again.

Ya, no change. Not only I am not seeing stats on guys for whom I have thousands of hands of data, I'm not picking up new players once I've played more than 30 hands at the same table. I tried both HH and memory scan modes. I am seeing the table average stats, so I know the HUD is seeing the tables.

Are the hands importing into PT2 correctly?
Do you have the correct database(s) selected in Options > Preferences > Databases?
Have you run the housekeeping options in PT2 recently, via the Utilities menu?
Check that there are no gaps in the Refresh Rates in Options > Preferences > Refresh Rates.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and attach the PAHud.log file to this ticket so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Have you run the housekeeping options in PT2 recently, via the Utilities menu? - Yes, I pretty much run them everytime I get the suggestion
Check that there are no gaps in the Refresh Rates in Options > Preferences > Refresh Rates. - Double checked, all good
