My stats disappear

My stats disappear sometimes on some of my tables when I'm multi tabling of full tilt. I have the latest beta version and I've read the sticky posts and can't find out what's wrong.

If you are still having problems after doing the above, please send me a log file as requested at the bottom of the tutorial and I will troubleshoot the issue.

How do I create an archived directory? I don't know what that is.

Make a new directory anywhere on your computer, as long as it is not a sub-directory (below) one of your hand history directories. Something like My Documents/Processed Files would be fine. You would then move all of your old hand histories into this directory and configure PokerTracker, via the Import window, to move your processed files to this directory. This is done so that PT and PAH are not needlessly going through and reading the same old files over and over again which will slow everything down.
