[PT3 Mac] Hero Stats for HUD Not Loading

The hero stats for the HUD are not popping up. I doubled checked the "Show for Everyone" option and it is set correctly to show for everyone.

What version of PT3 are you using?
Have you run housekeeping recently to make sure the cache is up to date? Database Management & Maintenance Guide
Please try that first.

What stats are in this group - is it the default 'on table' group?

Please zip and attach the following files to a Support ticket and tell us which HUD profile you are using, and which group you have problems with:
C:\Program Files\pokertracker 3\data\layouts.pt3
C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt3

Alright, I will try another housekeeping again and update the cache. I imported about 400,000 hands into the DB and let it run the housekeeping thing, then imported another 80,000 but didn't do the housekeeping.

After that last import I hit the tables, but the HUD only showed the first hand and then didn't update after that. So after playing 10 hands at the table, it still just showed just the one hand import stats in the HUD.

I'll do the housekeeping again with the cache update and see if that has any effect. Then I will report back here at the forums and email you those files you requested. Thanks for the help!!

If that doesn't help, please also try the steps in this post and see if that makes any difference.

I have the same problem!
I imported 1.6 million hands, and then do complete housekeeping.
Then I hit the tables, but the hud only show the first hand that I played, and stay that way, never refresh.
I can't see HERO stats on the HUD.

Most Mac laptops are sold with slow hard drives that will struggle with such a large database. This is even true of my brand new MBP that was bought earlier this year.
