PT3 - MAC - HUD & Crash problems

Hi,

I have just bought the PT3 for Mac and its my first time using this software and i am experiencin some problems.

1. The hud dont appear on the tables.
2. The software crashes, 4 times the two days i used it.
3. When i start to track tournaments this popup appears.
Please Note:
You have imported hand histories for at least one tournament without also loading the corresponding summary for that tournament.
The tournament summaries are essential because they contain the buy-in amount, fee, place of finish, etc. that are needed to show you proper information on your play.
Until you enter or load the tournament summary, the information will be incomplete and if you don't see your wins in some of the reports, this is the reason why.
You can manually enter the tournament summary information by going to the Tournaments menu and choosing Enter Results.

1. There is a known problem with the HUD on some systems, which the development team are working on for the next release - please read this post.

2. Please report your problem so that we can investigate and fix this.

3. Please read the Tournaments FAQ.

1. I read the post, tried it and it still dont work.
2. When i have time to read it and understand how its done i will do so.
3. Ok, problem fixed.


Update problems.

1. The program still continue to crash regurlary.
2. When i run PT3 it slows down my whole system after 10-15min, even when i close it down it keep my mac slow for about 20 min.

Please report your problems - the development team are working to improve speed and stability in the Mac version and your log files will help track down problems.
Please bear in mind that this is just the first Beta release and that there are bound to be some teething problems, but we will get them fixed.

Still the same problems, very irritating..

I've just upgraded to the 30.5 software.
After that i startet auot import to track my euro tournaments.
It startet to do that but then crashed, i tried again and its crashed. then same for a third time.

We have further fixes to come in Beta 30.6, but please add new logs to your ticket for 30.5.
