Yes, except that it's backslash l.

You can import your hand histories and summaries to a new database if you still have the files, but not from the database backup - that is a backup of the database, not the hand history files. You probably have those in the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder, though.

Sorry, I was off yesterday.

It looks like there are two databases installed there. Click Database --> Database Management and look at the Database Info column. Your database that's listed there is going to say either Database: PT3_2010_01_17_183452 OR Database: PT3_2010_01_17_183931.

You want to connect to the one not listed there; click New, then the blue Browse link and select whichever database is NOT the one listed previously. Connect to it, and see if that gets you the data you're looking for.

Have emalied the screen print to your joel email address

The database where my data is held is Pokertracker 3 Database.

When I try to make it my default database I get this

I followed the instructions from the guide here

http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... greSQL.pdf

line by line but unfortunately the messages I was getting on my screen did not correlate with the instructions from the guide.

Create a support ticket using this link and we'll schedule a remote session which will be a much easier way of dealing with this from here on out.

Depending on how many other sessions are already scheduled I expect it will be within the next couple of days - did you list the times you're available and include your timezone? We ask for 24 hours notice so that we can arrange the time for one of our technicians.
