trying to get pokertracker to recognize micro stats

I have no clue how to get the micro limits to show up on my pokertracker Ive reset the filters and started a new database but still no luck

What are the game levels that display on the Preferences tab of the stats window? If the levels you are looking for aren't there then you haven't loaded any of them into the database. The only levels that display are ones you imported hands for.
