Initalize Database Cluster

Help,

I just purchased a new computer with windows 7. I purchased PokerTracker 3 and after installing Poker Tracker 3 Holdem it brings up a screen when i open program that wants me to put in password for server. I went to support section and saw where you can delete password requirements. The problem I have is that Postgre SQL does not show up in program files. I finally got to the point where I can try and install program but when I get to screen Initalize Database Cluster I get a pop up box that says The secondary service not running. This service is required for installation to initalize the database. Please start service and try again. Im totally lost as what I need to do at this point. Could anyone help me fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services > secondary logon > right-click > start AND right-click > properties > startup type: automatic.
