On further investigation, it looks like your database config is a little messed up.
The databases you are auto importing to don't seem to match the databases being used by the HUD.
Check that you have the correct databases configured for auto import (Tutorial: Using Auto Import) and for use in the HUD (Tutorial: Configuring HUD Options), and that you have run housekeeping (particuarly cache update) on all databases being used by the HUD.

Maybe ... but not in this case. In general you want to create a new profile and then reset it to the defaults. Then that profile will have the pretty new popup. Then customize the new one to be like your old one. That's not the greatest explanation I realize, but hopefully that's enough to get you pointed in the right direction?

Is there a way i can copy what i have in the Cash - Default - player stats that ive configured before and place them in my newly created profile ? or do i have to manually edit the new profile player stats ?

I had a look in the link provided by WR and im not sure which one it is ... I thought id ask first before attempting as i have a long history of making a total mess of things like this :D

You are definitely going to need to have a database for Rush only. Tuning postgres would also help if you've never done that. Also create a new Hud profile for Rush and delete any stat you think is extraneous. It's just really hard to pull the data off of 5400rpm drives.

Also, if you could send us some logs it will help us know what we need to be looking at to improve performance.

How can I determine my HD speed? Also, it is possible to get a separate, really fast HD that I can plug in when I use PT? If so, what's the fastest ones out there?

You can export your profile then import it again under a different name - the tutorial I linked explains how to do that.

I'm not aware of a way to look it up in Windows. Do you know what make and model it is?
Otherwise, is it a laptop or desktop computer? How old? How big is the disk?
That might give us some clues.

You can set postgres up to use a separate drive. If you have a 7200rpm drive then you should be OK for normal use. There are 10,000rpm drives available, and new solid state disks are faster again, but these are more expensive and not necessary unless you're really thrashing PT3.

This is my drive (looked it up under dell's latitude d830 specs and also under system info in windows and the model number below matched the spec): 120GB 7200rpm Seagate ST9120823AS

So just to be clear, there are people 4 tabling rush with the HUD which doesn't fall behind after say 5 quickfolds in a row? If so, this is absolutely unlike my experience. I went from postrges 8.2 to 8.4 and thought that would plus beta 30.4 but it's still not a viable sol. I just wonder what I'm doing differently than others?

Have you sent us your log files so that we can investigate?
What is your ticket number?

so every time i want to play on a non rush poker table I need to switch the auto import preferences to my normal database, but when I want to play rush poker tables I have to switch it to import played hands to the rush poker database?

If you're having performance problems with your existing database you can give it a go, but check that all the databases being used by the HUD have an up to date cache first.
