thanks for the reply.

i'm really hesitant to try these betas because the last 4-6 times i've tried them, there's always some big problem, typically related to importing hand histories.

but dagnabbit, i'll give it another shot...

So is this problem fixed, is it safe to import fpp tournament results? If we have already imported some of these fpp tournament results and they are wrong, will they be fixed automatically or do we have to re import tournament results to have them fixed?

Yes, this issue was fixed in Beta 30.4.
You will need to purge and reimport any tournaments you already have imported.

Will exporting tournaments to a folder and then purge database and then reimport from folder back into database work? Also when you export hand histories from tournaments, do the tournament histories export with the hand histories?

That should work, yes, but if you still have the originals (probably in the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder) then it would be better to import from those.
I'm not sure where the error came in with the import - it's possible that the summary information exported will use the Dollar amounts, although the hand histories themselves should be OK, the summaries might not.
Summary information is exported too.

Are you saying we shouldnt reimport all the .EML files for tournament summaries.

I had PT3 import them from POP3, then they end up getting saved to my EXPORT folder as .eml files.

Should I re-request the summaries and start over?

Yes, that's fine, but it's the .dat files you need to import, not the .eml files.
