Back up not working

We'll pin down what's going on here - the database is still considered huge for the vast majority of our users, but we do understand some people use huge databases.

I've been trying to use back up since it was introduced and can not. trying to back up my large DBs - they are 45 - 50 GB each. I set it up and watch the TEMP folder grow, then it trys to write to the zip but the max zip size goes to +/- 2GB (seems small) PT3 claims success but when I click on the ZIP it says The Compressed file is invalid or corrupt. A small DB seemed to back up fine.

More or less exactly the same here. My DB is 30 GB big, and disk space is also not the problem - since i found out i have to set both the TEMP and TMP varialbe to my big D:-partition. When setting only TEMP to D:, it shows D: as the temp drive, but uses C: nevertheless. It seems to work fine, doesn't give any error, until finally the zip file is broken. And single small DBs work fine, also. And when i try to open (restore) the zip directly from pokertracker, it aborts with a fatal error.

I'm pleased to report that as of 30.7 I successfully backed up a 51GB DB. Resulting zip was 2.4GB and opened no probem. Haven't tried to restore but will in about 2 - 3 weeks when my new PC arrives and I'll report the results.
