Tournament Hands won't load when using alias

I have a small number of Omaha tournament hands from pokerstars, but my main screen name in pokertracker is my fulltilt screen name, and the pokerstars screen name is my alias. But I don't have any Omaha tournament hands under my main screen name. This seems to be causing a problem in the v3.00 beta 30.6 pokertracker where it won't load any database information when tournaments are selected. Clicking Settings and selecting my main screen name has no effect, all of the player details boxes remain blank. My alias in pokerstars in not listed, presumably because I have no tournament hands in omaha.

I am wonder if this bug would be fixed if I just played an omaha tournament under my main pokertracker screen name, then it would have something to start with. But I haven't tried that yet.

OK, my theory is bunk. I played a FT HU Omaha tourney, and it imported fine. Apparently, I just don't have any Omaha tournament hands in the DB. I'm not sure where they went. I have Omaha tournament hands in PT Omaha...I thought I had imported everything into PT3 now...but I lost those tournament hands.

Open to ideas...

Try importing one of your previous hand history files again and see if it imports or shows as duplicates.

Now I'm thinking that these were some 8 game hands that I played. It used to be that PT would import the hands that it supported and skipped the ones it didn't. Now it seems that PT won't import any hands from multi-game tables. So perhaps that is why I have them in PT omaha but not in PT3 omaha.

Please attach a few of the hand history files which don't import correctly to a Support ticket - support for mixed games needs some work, but we need examples.
