I ve the same problem, i start de PT3 and i can see the logo but it doesnt do any more. I see on the task manager the postgres process are running

Please let it run - if you updated from an old version then it will need to update your databases and this can take some time.

Now works but it takes a lot of time to start and then to update the databases.

It shouldn't need to do that again, so shouldn't take long next time you start up.
