Cake poker isnt working

I have it in and it shows its in correctly but when I play it dosent capture any of my hands . Also I ahve tried to import all my old hand that I played on Cake and it says unrec. file format.... So I cant put in all the old hand I have , on the old hands tring to manuel import mabey its looking at the wrong file or something, so i have 2 problems and am frustrated need help asap

What version of PT3 are you using? (see the title bar of PT3)
Are the hands shown as importing on the Auto Import tab? If so, to see stats in the main reports you need to click "Refresh".
Please read the FAQ: Importing to PT3 and if you still can't get it working then report your problem.

I am using PT 3 beta 30.7
I can see the handhistory for cake but i cant get it to go into PT old ands or any new hands

Cake hasn't been importing HH's for me in a couple of weeks now. I only play there maybe once a week so I keep forgetting about it.Did you guys ever get this resolve?
