VPIP=0 IN HUD

Hi guys,

My history is like that others affected users, since v30.9 hand results with EVP cause problems. Read the forum and I downgraded to v30.8. I purged the sessions played with v30.9 to make the false hand results disappear. I did a complete houskeeping. I re imported the hands played with v30.9 under v30.8. I checked the amount won is in accordance with the bankroll. But, today in FULL TILT in HUD all VPIP are 0 and the 3BET PREFLOP is more than 100 (for example 1600). What i have to do? I returned to 30.8 and now I have this problem, before I haven't it.

I put LogCacheUpdateQueries=Y in file .cfg and update cache and the problem continues it. I have 30.8 now.

Did you run a full Cache Rebuild from the Housekeeping menu?

No, only I did Update Cache from Housekeeping menu.

Try doing a full cache rebuild - it goes through and rebuilds the entire cache from scratch, the update only changes the cache based on new hands manually imported since the last full cache rebuild.

But, sorry for my question, in menu Housekeeping only I see Update Cache. The Rebuild Cache where is it?
I'm searching for this item also in web.

It's only available in Beta 30.9, upgrade temporarily and run that option there - it should work just fine - then you can downgrade again if need be.

I upgraded to 30.9, rebuilt cache and now in Full Tilt is OK the HUD all stats. We need to do it every time or the problem is resolved?

I understand the problem with Everest and handstories is another thing, not? We have to wait to a new release for resolve it?

Yes the Everest problem is separate and will be fixed for our next release. The stats for previous hands should be working now. We're still working to figure out what the problem is with other stats going forward - if you do stay on Beta 30.9, and you notice stats like that coming up improperly a report would be really helpful.
