hud problem at FTP

today i played 2 rush tables and 2 regular tables and found that my hud stats stuck at 4 hands in 1 table and the other has no hud stats for myself. Is this normal or ?

Hero stats do not work on Rush tables and this is a known issue. They should be working on the other tables though so if you could report this problem we'll investigate further for you.

opps. i didn't state the problem properly. what i meant was hero stats have problems on regular tables when i play both rush and regular tables together. The hud doesn't seem to work after awhile on regular table, either it disappear after a few hands or got stuck at the same stats after a few hands.

Definitely report that then per the link I gave you and include the log files that are noted in the tutorial so that we can investigate what's causing the normal tables to have HUD problems.

ok. give me 1 or 2 days. did not enable logging when i played that day, need to play again.

the hud seems work pefectly fine today. should i still post the ticket?

Keep the logging enabled and if the problem comes back, file the ticket then. We'll need to see the problem in a log file to really be able to figure out what's going wrong.

ok.. but i sometimes play on my PC and laptop, i just submit the 1 having the problem or both? btw. can PT3 import notes?

More data is always better, if you have the problem in both places make sure to let us know in the report.

PT3 cannot yet import notes from any poker client.
