Error message when importing

I just downloaded the stud version on trial and cant get it to import my hands from Full Tilt.
The error message I get is:

PowerBuilder Application Execution Error (R0014)
Application terminated.
Error: Error opening DLL library PT2Utils.dll for external function at line 54 in function of_loadhands of object w_import_ftp.

Any idea what this is and what I can do about it? Have been searching the forum for something similar but not found anything.

Are you playing on a Mac with the Bootcamp program?

Nope pc with windows xp.

I've only had a couple PT Stud users with this problem, but they are almost always on a Mac.

I wonder if you could help me with a somewhat cosmetic issue aswell
Since I don't play especially high stakes at all it's a bit annoying that it shows Amount Won $000,012,50
Is it possible to change this?

Make sure you are letting the program change your regional settings when it runs. On the menu, Utilities > Regional Settings....
