Unable to Import hands on Tilt and Stars

I'm getting the message on PT3..."unable to import hands....fatal error..."

This began after I downloaded the newest upgrade. I have sent some messages to support but they are not getting back to me. Please help me out.

have you tried a complete clean install? dont forget to export hud and keep your database.

I have posted the problem. I have an open ticket on it now.

The ticket is from July 30th.

I tried doing exactly what you said. It would not let me save "zero_damaged_pages = on"

Said it could not create the C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\data\postgresql.conf.file

"make sure that the path and file name are correct.


This same message is in my support tickest as well.
