Only my stats are showing

I think this is my first MTT under PT3. SNG's have been working fine. For some reason only my stats are displaying in the HUD. Nothing for the other players even though they should be showing up after the first or second hand. Thoughts?

The hands are auto importing. I don't see a problem with the imports.

Feel free to refund $22 for your stuff not working 1/2 the time and randomly failing without warning.

PT2 was great. PT3 has been nothing but problems.

Don't upgrade if you don't need to it's a waste of money unless you want the rush hud.

What poker site is this for? Are you using PT3 3.07.2?

Please attach the hand history from the tournament in question to a support ticket so that we can investigate further; there are no known issues like this that I'm currently aware of.

Weird. They are not showing up in the hands tab even after clicking refresh. The auto import screen does show that they were importing.

PS: I'm on my main computer that's been working OK, not the new install on my laptop from the other thread.

Please read the FAQ: PT3 HUD first, but if that doesn't help then enable logging and restart PT3 then play a single tournament and attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files to a support ticket along with the hand history file(s) for the tournament and a screenshot of the table window.
