Live advice

I think it would be nice to have a live action advice based on current situation, players' profiles and optional degree of loose/agressive play. I use texas calculatem with this function, but without player profiles (pretty useless advices then, but ok for quick estimates of the hand value). Is there already an addon or something for this? I guess lots of PT users think such tools are for beginners...but might be helpful to try out new styles and not play too badly with lost focus on a table etc.

PokerTracker products do not know about the hand that is going on at the table. Further, programs giving active advice during play fall afoul of the terms of service on many poker sites.
