In that case there's an easier way for you.

Click Start (at the bottom left), click Run, type 'cmd' (without the quotes) and hit enter.

Copy the following line and paste it in the prompt:
net user postgres /delete

Hit enter. It should say "the command completed successfully". Then re-run the installer.
