What version of MacOS do you have?

Are you logged in as an administrator account? (you need to be)
Does it install OK?
After you installed it last time, did you "eject" the installer? If you don't do that you can end up with multiple installers mounted and that seems to confuse things?

You already dragged PokerTracker to the Trash and reinstalled, didn't you?
Do you have PostgreSQL installed?
If you think everything is installed correctly please enable logging in the config file (method 3 in the linked tutorial) and run PT3 again, then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support ticket.
See the Mac Files and Foldersfor how to find the log file.

You already dragged PokerTracker to the Trash and reinstalled, didn't you? I reinstalled the older version but I didn't do anything with the first one.
Do you have PostgreSQL installed? This might be the problem. It didn't prompt me to download it like it did when I installed PT3 to my PC. How do I dl postgreSQL?

v10.4 of Mac OS is not supported.
We hope to be able to support it at some point, but I don't know when this will be.
If you want to create a Support ticket requesting this we'll link it to our system so that you get a notification if/when the Tiger version is released.

Ok thanks for your help. I notice now that it says download for Leopard and Snow Leopard. I wonder if I can update my Mac to one of those. I will just keep using my PC for now.

So I updated my Mac to Snow Leopard and downloaded the latest Beta version of PT3 and it finally seems to be working ok. Quick question, how do you move the hud box on the screen on a Mac? It's not by clicking and dragging like it was on the PC.

Secondary click & drag - depending on your setup, that can be a right click, option click, command click or two finger click.

Well I know it's not a right click and I'm not sure how to do the other three. I'll try and figure it out.
