pt3 import the handhistory correctly but dont show anyone.
my english isn't very good, please help me.

Hit the "Clear" button next to the Filters button and let me know if that solves the problem.

Wait, there are 0 hands being imported. Are you hand histories being written out in English? If not, you need to configure PokerStars to do so.
