Importing 90man KOs from FTP to PT3 problem

Okay I'm trying to import all my 90mans I've been playing for the last month or so into PT3.

My hand histories weren't automatically being logged so I had to get all the HHs from FTP. They sent them to me.

But when I imported them, they didn't account for any of my cashes or knockouts so my ROI is a stout -100%.

I started logging HHs automatically now and when they were imported in real time, all the knockouts and cashes were logged correctly.

So is there any way for me to fix my database?

Were your finish positions and prizes in the hand history files they sent you?
Stars only recently added this information, and it may not be in the ones they sent. If that is the case then PT3's Tournament Auto Detection will only be able to calculate finishing positions for MTTs when you make the final table. Other than that you will need to request the summaries from Stars, or enter your results manually.

Well, all of these games were played on Full Tilt, not Stars. All of these were also 90 mans so cashing/final tabling is one and the same. I think I might be stuck entering the results manually. Talk about cutting into my hourly rate.

I really do hate the sites for not defaulting to saving hand histories. I install poker software and play for 3 weeks before I realize my HHs aren't being saved. So frustrating.

Sorry, I missed the mention of FTP. They should be able to send you summaries too, since they write them by default. If they send you the info as they would normally write it to your computer then you will be able to import it.

Okay, so they wouldn't send me a history of finishes 1-90.

When I log them to my hard drive, it only logs them until I'm eliminated. So if I go out 30th, I don't know who finished 1-29.

Is there any way to grab this?

If when you play you leave the lobby open until the tournament completes you'll get the full results. If the tournament is over and they won't send you the full results though, there isn't going to be any way for us to help you get them.
