Problem with stars hand histories??

Lately when importing hands from stars the import is very very slow. Seems like it adds one hand every 3-5 minutes. I assume that this problem is only effecting me since I don't see any posts on the problem. The weird part is I just imported 1.5 million hands out of another folder with no real problems.

The hand histories that will not import are from hands I played. Does observed hands make a difference? It's with the auto Import that the problem starts with.

What version of PT3 are you currently using?

Sorry this issue is resolved. It's the size of the database apparently causing the slowdown. I just created as new database and used both databases for the hud and the new database to import fresh played hands. Works a charm. You guys think of everything!!

One issue I'm having is with the new beta I'm running is that the graph seems to filter data different than the general tab?? For instance I have filters of $1NL 6 max and played this month and in general it shows 4611 hands. In graphs with the info box shows 5252 hands. This is also the case in the details tab. it seems to be including the 50NL hands I played. Also add this month to both 50NL and 100NL and nothing is displayed at all. so three filters and nothing shows up. Definitely strange.

Please read the link at the bottom of the General tab when you have a filter enabled.
If you filter for 50NL AND 100NL you won't get any results - a hand can't be 50NL AND 100NL - so you need to OR them together.

Shouldn't the graph and the general tab show the same information?

Did you play a session right before the beginning of the month? If you played some hands that were past midnight on 9/1 they'd be included on the graph but not on the general tab's top report as that report is based on sessions that began during this month. You can change how the month is considered to begin with the "My Day Starts At" setting in the Settings section should you wish to change it.

That was it. I used to always set that to 5AM.
