PT2 error

I'm getting an error message that says:

DBCode: 7 error text: SQLState = S1000

ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "game_idx_01"

No changes made to database

and a bunch more. It says to send you the Error log and the HH file but I'm not really sure where to find the HH file that caused the error.

This is with a PostgreSQL database?
Are you sure only one instance of PT was running?
What email did you use to register PT? I don't have a record of this one used for the forum.

Yes Yes and I used joshandjessy@aol.com but I think that account is closed off.

What version number of PT are you running? Version 2. what?
What site are you importing hands from?

v2 from Pokerstars.

Oops also, had husband send another Log of 30+ hands did you get that?

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PTH/download.php

and then try it again and see if the error still occurs.
