Installing the PostgreSQL Database Server?

How long should it take to download the PostgreSQL Database (1st time)? It is still downloading Files 1 of 2 - 10 hours later? This can't be normal is it?

We've had reports of the download timing out sometimes. You can download the file directly from PostgreSQL's website here.
