Help with HUD

Play on full tilt and hud is not working and never has

Are hands importing successfully? Does the Full Tilt table have the PT icon at the top center of the table?

It does but they are there and then they go away. I just back to the screen and turn hud offf and then on again and they come back.
Also does hud automatically track when i have played someone before will there stats show up.

How often do the stats disappear? What kind of table are you playing on, cash or tourney? The Hud will display all the stats you have on a player.

Playing Sit-n-Go's mainly they come and go maybe every 10 to 15 minutes. I am not complaining though this looks to be great software. Just wanted to know if maybe I was doing something wrong.
